The sweet and fine hazelnut aroma of this sensational liqueur is best experienced pure.
For our hazelnut specialties we are using completely ripe hand-plucked hazelnuts of the highest quality. First comes a gentle maceration process, in which roasted and mashed hazelnuts are placed into pure alcohol. After this, a careful and slow distillation. Through this, we gain a fine hazelnut aroma, totally natural and free from artificial additives. It results in an incomparably fine flavour.
For our Tyrolean Hazelnut Liqueur the nut macerate is not distilled. Instead, it is carefully filtered and finally a little sugar is added. It then sits in vats before finally being carefully measured out. The taste of the hazelnut liqueur is smooth and sweet and incomparably nutty.
